As of recent, when connecting any pair of bluetooth headphones or devices, I would get stuttering problems where when using bluetooth headphones, the audio would frequently cut in and out randomly, and it would frequently disconnect, even when it was fully charged. And yes, I've tried to fix the issue by disabling audio enhancements, but it hasn't helped at all. Additionally, I've had problems with other bluetooth devices where they would also frequently disconnect. Is there a fix to these problems?

I came across this problem with a pair of JLab Air Buds, and it turns out that they work fairly well once I disconnect any other bluetooth connected devices, which makes me wonder if there's a problem with the way the drivers are handling the amount of data received by the bluetooth radio... 🤔
I have some new Sony wireless, and have had this same problem since I got them a few months ago. Sometimes they work fine, and sometimes not. Restart, disconnect, forget, etc. would sometimes work and sometimes not. Tried pretty much everything listed here. Initially it seemed like it was a telephony issue, but that stopped helping. Updated drivers, stated and stopped all sorts of things.
Finally I found soehitng that worked preceisly when i turned it off: Bluetooth Device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI). This is listed under Bluetooth in Device Manager. I was initially just looking to turn of and on the Bluetooth, but on my iMac, in boot camp the "Apple Broadcom Built-in Bluetooth" cannot be disabled (only uninstalled). Not really wanting to uninstall, I tried disabling the RFCOMM, and viola, the headphones worked perfectly, and have since (although time will tell).
No idea what this does but the bluetooth keyboard and headphones both work fine so....
Just for reference, I was having this problem, switch from 2.4GHz to 5GHz (opposite to the above) and it still worked as a fix.
Have you ever wondered how many problems can actually be solved by running the so called troubleshooter? I can bet it's a pretty small amount, even smaller than the "turn it it off and on again" strategy.
Same here. No stuttering if I turn off my BT mouse / keyboard. Only then ...
