Having Bluetooth Stuttering Issues on Windows 10

As of recent, when connecting any pair of bluetooth headphones or devices, I would get stuttering problems where when using bluetooth headphones, the audio would frequently cut in and out randomly, and it would frequently disconnect, even when it was fully charged. And yes, I've tried to fix the issue by disabling audio enhancements, but it hasn't helped at all. Additionally, I've had problems with other bluetooth devices where they would also frequently disconnect. Is there a fix to these problems?

    I am also using the lenovo yoga 2019 and the same problems using the bose qt 35II. Only thing that works form me is charging te laptop, but as soon as i unplug it starts stutering again.

    it is something to do with wifi and bluetooth frequency. Try turning of WiFi connection while using wireless audio devices.. the problem will get fixed...

    Already tried

    But nope, it doesn't works.

    If that's the problem that you think is, then the problem should also persist on android phones. But the things works perfectly on android phones.

    HI

    Thanks to everyone who replied on this one.

    I tried nearly everything but nothing worked until I did this SIMPLE SIMPLE thing. 

    I found the easiest fix to the problem. I turned off the Bluetooth connection on my phone. I think what was happening is that every 10 seconds some pulse goes out looking - and when that happens the headset gets confused as to whether it should stay being connected to the laptop or change to the phone - creating a short (200msish) silence in the headset. 

    So my simple solution is 'disconnect' the headset from the phone in Bluetooth settings while/before connecting to the laptop.

    Likewise, I found the Bluetooth audio stuttering issue mostly occurred when my laptop was on battery power (Lenovo Yoga C930). The issue was much less prevalent when the laptop was connected to a power adapter.

    The bluetooth chip is on the Intel 9260 wireless adapter. I followed Intel's instructions for setting power management on their wireless adapters here: https://www.intel.co.uk/content/www/uk/en/support/articles/000005879/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking.html 

    I changed 'power saving mode' to 'maximum performance' while on battery and that seems to have reduced the issue for me. I saved a separate power plan with this setting that I can switch to when I'm using my bluetooth headphones.
