Having Bluetooth Stuttering Issues on Windows 10

As of recent, when connecting any pair of bluetooth headphones or devices, I would get stuttering problems where when using bluetooth headphones, the audio would frequently cut in and out randomly, and it would frequently disconnect, even when it was fully charged. And yes, I've tried to fix the issue by disabling audio enhancements, but it hasn't helped at all. Additionally, I've had problems with other bluetooth devices where they would also frequently disconnect. Is there a fix to these problems?

    I mean... It's 2020 and you need a bluetooth headset to manage things better so you go and buy one, trusting your operating system as if it did not cause many other problems you previously had experienced. What you have turns out to be the same thing with all the other things, poor quality of service and software support.

    I guess it is time for switching to Mac since this long-lasting problem seemingly is not going to be addressed by Windows in near future.

    I have been trying to solve this issue on my Laptop (MSI GS63vr) and my desktop (homebuilt) with Samsung Galaxy Buds for months now.. I've tried all the suggested methods with no luck. 

    This morning I took a small USB Bluetooth dongle and tried it. Same issue. 

    After that I moved the small BT dongle to my USB hub which is on my desk and it seems to work perfectly. For whatever reason it seems to me like distance from the adapter and also any obstructions are causing the stuttering. (at least in my case on my desktop) It makes sense because my Earbuds work perfectly on my phone but my phone is never more than a couple of feet away from me with no obstructions except for my pants pocket. 

    Hopefully this helps some of you because I know how frustrating this issue is. 

    You can get small USB BT 4.0 Dongles off amazon for like 10 bucks. May be worth a shot if you still are having trouble.

    Nothing helped with my problem.
