Having Bluetooth Stuttering Issues on Windows 10

As of recent, when connecting any pair of bluetooth headphones or devices, I would get stuttering problems where when using bluetooth headphones, the audio would frequently cut in and out randomly, and it would frequently disconnect, even when it was fully charged. And yes, I've tried to fix the issue by disabling audio enhancements, but it hasn't helped at all. Additionally, I've had problems with other bluetooth devices where they would also frequently disconnect. Is there a fix to these problems?

    Same issue here with a brand new JBL Charge 3 Bluetooth speaker. I will get periods of smooth play through the speaker following by intermittent choppy (drop-outs) lasting perhaps 100 milliseconds, smooth play, then a group of drop-outs. Very annoying. Have done the Bluetooth Troubleshoot via Settings and I also got a "fixed" return. Still, problem persists. All drivers are current. 

    Asus motherboard with Broadcom network chipset. Running Windows 10 Pro Version 1903 OS Build 18362.657.

    So mine got 100% better when I turned off my Bluetooth mouse.  It's been fine for an hour with a wired mouse.  Sofa king convenient :(

    so i was facing same issue with my hp probook 450 G5 8th gen with dual wifi and bluetooth both on one chip REALTEK RTL8821CE and i didn't have option to change my wifi to 5ghz as my wifi router supports 2.2ghz only no updating of drivers to the latest or the one's downloaded from hp site resolved the issue for me

    so ultimately what resolved my issue is below.

    go to control panel ->view network status and tasks->change adapter settings

    now find Bluetooth Network Connection  and disable it

    HP PLEASE STOP GIVING THIS THIRD CLASS REALTEK CARDS IN YOUR LAPTOPS THAT DON'T HAVE SUPPORT OF ANY KIND!

    EDIT:-

    so above solution also stopped working...only thing which makes it work now is to turn off wifi then i can use bluetooth...so for now i can either use internet or listen to my bluetooth audio...

    WOW Microsoft or Realtek or HP who ever genius did this -_-

    Do any of you guys having this problem have a VPN? I saw someone said network issues and when I turned VPN off it was fine haven't tried much since though so don't know for sure yet cause it would only do this every few songs for me.
