In my case too. When I turn off WiFi the audio quality is good. As soon as I turn it on, the stuttering starts.

As of recent, when connecting any pair of bluetooth headphones or devices, I would get stuttering problems where when using bluetooth headphones, the audio would frequently cut in and out randomly, and it would frequently disconnect, even when it was fully charged. And yes, I've tried to fix the issue by disabling audio enhancements, but it hasn't helped at all. Additionally, I've had problems with other bluetooth devices where they would also frequently disconnect. Is there a fix to these problems?

2020-06-27T17:45:37+00:00 In my case it seems to be a BT bandwidth issue. I have BT headphones, mouse, and keyboard. Mouse always works, keyboard sometimes takes a while to "wake up", and headphones stutter reguarly. If I play audio and don't move the mouse or touch the keyboard, it's better. As soon as I start moving the mouse the stuttering begins.
I'm on my 3rd Bluetooth/WiFi card upgrade and this is still happening. This is a joke.

2020-06-27T11:27:51+00:00 I have some new Sony wireless, and have had this same problem since I got them a few months ago. Sometimes they work fine, and sometimes not. Restart, disconnect, forget, etc. would sometimes work and sometimes not. Tried pretty much everything listed here. Initially it seemed like it was a telephony issue, but that stopped helping. Updated drivers, stated and stopped all sorts of things.
Finally I found soehitng that worked preceisly when i turned it off: Bluetooth Device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI). This is listed under Bluetooth in Device Manager. I was initially just looking to turn of and on the Bluetooth, but on my iMac, in boot camp the "Apple Broadcom Built-in Bluetooth" cannot be disabled (only uninstalled). Not really wanting to uninstall, I tried disabling the RFCOMM, and viola, the headphones worked perfectly, and have since (although time will tell).
No idea what this does but the bluetooth keyboard and headphones both work fine so....
Thanks, this has fixed my problem with a pair of Sennheiser Momentum 3's.
They work fine on Android & iPhone. but have had constant stuttering / cut out when connected to Windows via Bluetooth since I bought them. I'm close to my return window and was prepared to send them back since the reason I bought them was for the Aptx-ll support.
I'll add the fix again - **disable "**Bluetooth Device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI)" device in device manager.

2020-06-24T07:45:34+00:00 Looks like this issue is caused by a nice collection of problems. In my case, the problem was ultimately caused by some of the BlueTooth software that came with the device. Everything was working but wasn't as proper into windows as it probably should have been. When Windows updated to 2004 the stuttering began. Uninstalling the device wouldn't work. Only after uninstalling the software that came with the device did it get fixed. Now it seems to be properly integrated into windows 10 and isn't fighting with it nearly as much. My BlueTooth device is an ASUS USB-BT400
