Having Bluetooth Stuttering Issues on Windows 10

As of recent, when connecting any pair of bluetooth headphones or devices, I would get stuttering problems where when using bluetooth headphones, the audio would frequently cut in and out randomly, and it would frequently disconnect, even when it was fully charged. And yes, I've tried to fix the issue by disabling audio enhancements, but it hasn't helped at all. Additionally, I've had problems with other bluetooth devices where they would also frequently disconnect. Is there a fix to these problems?

Razer Blade Stealth, Intel 9260 AC adapter, Jaybird X2 headset.  I went to Control Panel\Devices and Printers\Right clicked on my Bluetooth headset and clicked Properties.  Went to the Services tab.  The services for it listed were Audio Sink, Handsfree Telephony, Remote Control, Remotely Controllable Device, and Unknown Service.  I played with disabling them one by one.  Finally landed on disabling Handsfree Telephony and Remotely Controllable Device to fully fix my stuttering.  The Vol+ and Vol- still work.  However, holding the center button no longer invokes Cortana, which isn't a show stopper for me.

Simplest answer here, and it worked!

    Thanks!

Tried all the solutions in this thread - none of them worked for me.

In my case, i had to use a workaround - doesn't solve the problem but does make life a bit easier.

I had the same headset paired with both my laptop and pixel 3.  Even though it wouldn't be active with my phone when paired with the laptop - the phone still seems to be "pinging it" - causing a stutter every 3 seconds or so.

the workaround was to turn off Bluetooth on my phone when using the headset with my laptop.  This works for me, as i'm never in a situation where i need it active on both.

Not an ideal fix, and not even an acceptable fix if you need both devices on Bluetooth at the same time - but worth testing to see if it at least fixes the stutter.
