Did the exact same thing as you with my B&O H4 headphones jrbaker33. I first tried screwing around with all the software & driver updates, tried troubleshooting, tried the telephony feature, and nothing worked. Bought a $10 bluetooth dongle on amazon, plugged
it into a USB 2.0 port, disabled onboard bluetooth adapter and it worked perfectly without needing to download any drivers or do any sort of install. Plug and play.
Pretty disappointing that a $10 dongle outperforms my $200 ASUS ROG STRIX motherboard & windows 10. I really hope they acknowledge the problem and prioritize addressing this in future releases as I don't see Bluetooth going away anytime soon. Worth mentioning
as well that the headphones worked perfectly on my iphone & ipad out of the box, only had issues with the PC/Windows.
Buy a USB bluetooth dongle, and never have to worry about this issue again. Good luck to all of you who happen across this in the future.
