Having Bluetooth Stuttering Issues on Windows 10

As of recent, when connecting any pair of bluetooth headphones or devices, I would get stuttering problems where when using bluetooth headphones, the audio would frequently cut in and out randomly, and it would frequently disconnect, even when it was fully charged. And yes, I've tried to fix the issue by disabling audio enhancements, but it hasn't helped at all. Additionally, I've had problems with other bluetooth devices where they would also frequently disconnect. Is there a fix to these problems?

    Hey guys, read through all these posts and couldn't find a clear answer for my exact issue but have since found what I hope is a permanent solution:

    Pretty sure the issue I had was due to WiFi-Bluetooth interference. Could you guys please try going into Device Manager > Network Adapters > 

    Right click your Wirless Network Adapter > Properties > Advanced > Roaming Aggressiveness(Or anything similar, I hear these options vary between adapters) and set it to Lowest from Medium.

    Have had no issues since, could be a coincidence but messing with my network adapter settings seems to have done the trick on my end.

    Thank you for your answer, but I returned them, it is not acceptable that such a premium article has that problem, my soundcore liberty pro 2 works wonderfully with Windows 10 and they sound much better, I was not going to lose a USB port and lose more money alone for that failure, so no more sony friend.

    Hi, I also got same problem with my SONY WF1000-XM3. Sounds stuttering, very annoying. I have been trying ALL, Bluetooth troubleshooting, remove and reinstall, uncheck Telephony / Hands Free, None of them works. 

    Then I bought TP-Link UB400 BUSB Bluetooth Dongle, and a USB2 extension cable. Put it as far away to other USB3 receivers, external hard drives, etc. IT WORKS like MAGIC.

    I read some people also work this out using ASUS BT400, which is another good Bluetooth 4.0 dongle. So, either ASUS BT400, or TP-Link UB400, plug it into a USB2 extension cable to put it as far away from other USB 3.0 receivers and external hard drives. Hope it helps.

    I had the same problem, I use some sony WF-1000XM3, I read each of the solutions, none worked for me, try everything and nothing, update everything and nothing, but I found a solution, first you must disable the option of headphones in control panel of sound, then listen to it only with the option headphones with myrophone, after about two minutes listening to it in that low audio quality, you go back and enable the option of stereo headphones, in short,

    <right click on sound icon in taskbar> <open sound settings> <sound control panel> <disable headphones> only leave headphones with microphone active, after 30 seconds, <enable headphones>
