Having Bluetooth Stuttering Issues on Windows 10

And as I say that here goes some free troubleshooting for Microsoft...you're welcome Microsoft.

Problem for me is definitly wi-fi interference on a 5g connection.  I'm running windows 10 fully updated, 2019 Lenovo Yoga with an Intel 9260 network adapter. Biggest stuttering issue is with a brand new plantronics headset that has no problem pairing with my iPhone or other devices.  Drivers fully updated on all devices (headphones and laptop).

• Tried forgetting the device and re-pairing several times
• Tried turning off hands free telephony, didn't fix it
• Tried turning off enhancements, didn't work
• Switching to a 2.4 GHz connection worked to stop the stuttering...but now I'm limited to a 2.4 GHz...and now I no longer have a 2.4 GHz wifi router so that's no longer an option.

I tried going to Device Manager->Network Adapters-> Intel 9260 -> Advanced Tab -> Properties on wireless modes and switched the various values to see if anything would get better.  On the first two options, going to value 1. 5GHz and value 3. 802.11ac respectively seemed to clear it up a bit, but still stuttering here and there.

I think I'll keep trying the various options within the advanced settings tab to see if anything else might be the cause, but that's about all I've got at this point...unless Microsoft plans to talk with Intel and Lenovo to see if there's a fix for this.

I'm having the same issue trying to use QCY T2C with Windows 10. For some reason it works perfectly on Android, Ubuntu and MacOS, but not on Windows 10. And everything a 10 pages long thread with more than 500 "thumb up"s gets from Microsoft is a copy pasted consultant reply to use a **** problem solve tool which has never in human historyhelped to solve an actual problem. Stuttering stopped after I disabled "Remote control" in Services tab. 

Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers -> Right click on your Bluetooth device and select Properties, then find the Services tab.

That didn't work for me with my Bose 700's. In fact, I had no sound come through my headphones when I unchecked that, even though I was paired and everything. But what did work was turning off "Remotely Controllable Device". Thanks for leading me to the right place!

Initially this seems to work but, THIS IS NOT THE SOLUTION!

CAUTION: Do not turn off any other service!

Disabling "Remote control" Service will put the headphones in mono mode and the sound quality will become pathetic.
