Having Bluetooth Stuttering Issues on Windows 10

As of recent, when connecting any pair of bluetooth headphones or devices, I would get stuttering problems where when using bluetooth headphones, the audio would frequently cut in and out randomly, and it would frequently disconnect, even when it was fully charged. And yes, I've tried to fix the issue by disabling audio enhancements, but it hasn't helped at all. Additionally, I've had problems with other bluetooth devices where they would also frequently disconnect. Is there a fix to these problems?

    Have you ever wondered how many problems can actually be solved by running the so called troubleshooter? I can bet it's a pretty small amount, even smaller than the "turn it it off and on again" strategy.

    Just for reference, I was having this problem, switch from 2.4GHz to 5GHz (opposite to the above) and it still worked as a fix.

    so this is what you can do to get it working but you wont't be able to add any new bluetooth device after doing this(to add new device after changing this you will have to revert back the settings i am going to tell below)

    type win+r in search box enter (service.msc)without round brackets.

    in services find below services and disable them first then stop it:-

    1-BTDevManager

    2-Bluetooth Audio Gateway Service

    3-Bluetooth Support Service

    4-Bluetooth User Support Service_d3ada(this one might be different on your pc/laptop)

    After Disabling all this turn airplane mode and then turn it off and connect it to wifi and bluetooth earphones/headphones again hopefully issue will be resolved.

    I KNOW this is not a solution but as i use same bluetooth earphones regularly so this is working for me at least now i can use internet and listen to audio at the same time

    I turned wifi off and it helped big time, although still there, only hear once every 1 minute while doing something on the PC instead of every 7 seconds.

    Also interesting is that the Macbook community has similar issues with stuttering and audio cutting out with bluetooth headphones and earbuds. 

    Why are PCs and Macs having these problems while most Android and IOS phones seem to be working fine? ...unless there's also a bunch of problems over there that we don't know about because we haven't experienced them enough to google that, too.

    I'm not saying MS shouldn't fix it, but considering how many people's fixes don't fix it for the rest of us, it seems pretty complex.
