Having Bluetooth Stuttering Issues on Windows 10

As of recent, when connecting any pair of bluetooth headphones or devices, I would get stuttering problems where when using bluetooth headphones, the audio would frequently cut in and out randomly, and it would frequently disconnect, even when it was fully charged. And yes, I've tried to fix the issue by disabling audio enhancements, but it hasn't helped at all. Additionally, I've had problems with other bluetooth devices where they would also frequently disconnect. Is there a fix to these problems?

Also interesting is that the Macbook community has similar issues with stuttering and audio cutting out with bluetooth headphones and earbuds.

Why are PCs and Macs having these problems while most Android and IOS phones seem to be working fine? ...unless there's also a bunch of problems over there that we don't know about because we haven't experienced them enough to google that, too.

I'm not saying MS shouldn't fix it, but considering how many people's fixes don't fix it for the rest of us, it seems pretty complex.

As I read all of these reply's and suggested fixes, I'm frustrated by all of this.  I have tried some of these suggestions dating back weeks and nothing seems to work.  No, I have not tried everything but we should not need to jump through hoops to get this simple thing to work.  I paid a lot of money for my Surface and thought I was getting the latest and greatest thing.

The processes needs to be absolutely idiot proof and way too much time has been spent on attempting a fix.  As with my Android phone, I should be able to connect my Bluetooth earbuds and have the process work seamlessly.  Working through multiple settings

    • experimenting with turning things on and off should never be necessary.  This is ridiculous.

    Microsoft - Please fix this.

it is something to do with wifi and bluetooth frequency. Try turning of WiFi connection while using wireless audio devices.. the problem will get fixed...

    Already tried

    But nope, it doesn't works.

If that's the problem that you think is, then the problem should also persist on android phones. But the things works perfectly on android phones.
