Having Bluetooth Stuttering Issues on Windows 10

As of recent, when connecting any pair of bluetooth headphones or devices, I would get stuttering problems where when using bluetooth headphones, the audio would frequently cut in and out randomly, and it would frequently disconnect, even when it was fully charged. And yes, I've tried to fix the issue by disabling audio enhancements, but it hasn't helped at all. Additionally, I've had problems with other bluetooth devices where they would also frequently disconnect. Is there a fix to these problems?

Having the exact same issue with the audio stuttering and cutting out. I assume its an issue with the integrated bluetooth chip on my Intel Wireless-AC 9560 that came preinstalled on my gigabyte motherboard. I updated drivers, tried disabling services, uninstalling/reinstalling, etc. I went out and bought a cheap Insignia 4.0 bluetooth USB dongle, and (this is key...) after uninstalling the Intel Bluetooth Adapter device from the Device Manager, plugged the little sucker in and zero issues. There is a serious problems with this Intel adapter and its drivers on Windows 10, please have someone look into this.

    Hi ToniFlamboni,

I had the same problem. my PC is a HP 700-325d Desktop. i try so many software-based solutions for the issue to no avail.

It turns out my problem lies on the hardware which is the network Wi-Fi/Bluetooth mini PCI card (mine is the Broadcomm 802.11bgn Wi-Fi Adapter) at my miniPCIe card slot. At the control panel if i disable the Wi-Fi, the Bluetooth audio works perfectly, but as soon as I enable the Wi-Fi connection, it immediately begin to stutter.

My solution is to have an independent Wi-Fi card installed (I use a TP-Link 802.11n PCIe x1 wireless network card, I happen to have 3 unused PCIe x1 slots). when I restart my windows, the Broadcomm Wi-Fi automatically disconnected, leaving the Bluetooth active, and the TP-Link is now used for Wi-Fi connection (Network Connections in Control Panel).

There, my problem solved. I my info can help for anyone facing the same problems.

    thnks.

I had the same issue and think I found the solution for me. The headphone was paired simultaneously with my smartphone and my laptop (W10). This caused the problem. Now as I disabled bluetooth on my smartphone and I disconnected and repaired the headphones from/to my laptop, they work perfectly again. Hope this will help you guys!! Good luck!!!!

For my Bluetooth speaker the solution was to deselect "hands-free telephony" in bluetooth services.
