please o please tell me how i can stop Windows 10 from asking me to create a PIN to login with.....I DO NOT WANT TO CREATE ONE! no matter what I do it forces me to create one.
I understand it might be more secure etc etc but I DO NOT WANT TO CREATE ONE!
I am more than happy to enter in my normal password to access my profile I DO NOT WANT A PIN
Please assist me in stopping this annoyance. Its my computer and I will have it work the way I want it to.

2020-06-08T14:53:04+00:00 Hey Darren. Sorry this is a frustrating problem but there may be a solution for you.

Press your windows key + X > Type netplwiz in the run prompt > uncheck user needs to use password for the account.
You can also go to settings - account - sign-in options > choose sign in with local account, and you will have to enter a pin ONE time > leave new password and confirmation empty > log out and back in > should be fixed and you wont have to enter anything.
If none of this works you may try to use windows key + X > netplwiz when it asks for a username and password, enter the full email address of your Microsoft account and the password > you'll never have to enter a PIN again.
Let me know if this works out for you.
I have that already so it auto logins when I switch my computer
the problem comes in when you lock it. (say there someone around and you do not want them on your pc) now when I unlock I have to go and setup a **** pin ever **** time
how do I get it to stop doing when I have just locked windows for few mins

I had to hit reset to avoid having to set a PIN, as I did not want one.
You could really earn a competitive advantage over Apple if you cut out:
- Software that cannot be removed (I don't want to use OneDrive it does not matter how many ways you push this in my damn face)
- Folders that cannot be removed (e.g. 3D F*cking objects)
- No opt-out to security features - it's our bloody choice, not everything is a f*cking phone
- Also broken documentation sites where things change so often that they become a myriad of redirects to splash pages that no one ever wanted to land on...
I shouldn't have to research registry entries just to get rid of **** I never wanted in the first place! I don't understand why you do not get this and it is so massively frustrating.

2020-05-10T14:45:52+00:00 Worse yet, if you select Continue, it prompts for your Windows password, and suddenly you're not sure whether this is legitimate -- but there's NO WAY TO GO BACK, no way to verify who is asking, no way to close the app; you just have to sign out. Can't even save a screen shot of the thing.
Is this a valid design for security software?
