Device Census Stopped Working Problem

I have recently noticed when viewing my reliability monitor that every day around the same time 3 am - 4 am, windows shows that a program called "devicecensus.exe" has stopped working and notes it as a "critical event". My question is should I be worried about this and if so what are the potential fixes? Also is this application an integral part of Windows and if I delete it from System32 will it have an effect on my PC in any shape or form?

Thanks in advance for the responses and here are some of the error details if it helps:

    You're welcome for the help.

The .nfo file was corrupted. Can you try generating that file again.

If the system freezes generating the file try it in Safe Mode.

The .evtx file showed the system has a potential issue with Fast Startup so I would recommend to disable Fast Startup - may help some of the apparent freezing :

With devicecensus.exe crashing there does not appear to be any consistent pattern to the crash - appears to happen at any time not a particular time.

Also, there appears to be an issue with the NVIDIA graphics driver you could try reinstalling the NVIDIA graphics driver.

I believe all of the ESET tasks have been removed. I checked both in scheduled tasks and non-microsoft services and there is nothing.

Make sure all Eset scheduled tasks are removed.

if in doubt use their removal tool.

Can you provide the following information which may help determine any issue(s):

Windows Key + R > type msinfo32 in the "Open" box > OK > File > Save > then save as an .nfo file

Then make the resulting .nfo file available via a public folder on OneDrive or similar site.

Also, can you do the following:

Windows Key + R > type eventvwr in the "Open" box > OK > expand "Custom Views" and then right-click "Administrative Events" > select "Save all events in Custom View As" and save as an .evtx file

Then make the resulting .evtx file available via a public folder on OneDrive or similar site.
