My last reply was premature, but with Windows updates to Ver 1803 and build 17134.112 I now am functioning correctly. No random reboots.

It took awhile, but you finally got it. Thanks,

    Tom

    Hello Leizl,

AMD offered a driver update on 3/10 and I have not had a reboot since.

AMD Radeon Software **Crimson** Edition Beta

I am still running on the Beta version.

As mentioned in the previous reply, the dump pointed to "0x0_dxgkrnl!dxgdbgtakesnapshot" being the  faulting module which translates to your computer's display drivers. We suggest continuing to work with AMD and ask for the latest firmware for it. We need to make sure that it is the latest before we check out other things for step by step isolation of the concern.

We're one with you in hoping for the speedy resolution of your concern.

We're just here for any feedback.

    Regards.
