My AMD Radeon HD8570D adapter had driver 15.201.1151.108.

Automatic update driver check said Windows Determined the best driver is installed.

Installed latest from AMD(Radeon-Software-Adrenalin-18.2.1) and the version went to 15.200.1062.1004. (seemed backward)

Just to see if I now had the latest, I ran Automatic update driver and Windows reloaded

15.201.1151.108. Seems to indicate Windows likes the older version.

Now I get an error trying to load 15.200.1062.1004 (18.2.1). I have to look into it further.

Also noticed this driver was updated at the same time as the  1709 update.

Much like BuildTrev stated, This problem is not hardware related! It started after MICROSOFT Windows update 1709, as I and Buidtrev have reported. I will download the driver and reinstall it. Also, Downloading the OS to "This is to ensure that your drivers, firmware, and OS are all up-to-date. " I am not a fan of just updating for the sake of "just doing it" Obviously, updating Windows to  1709 was not a good decision. Also, I would think the dump would give you all the info for you to determine if my system is up to date.

Please keep working on the dump and see what 1709 did to cause users not to be completely logged out and cause these reboot. Since your mini-dump did not work or did not trigger, this problem will require deeper evaluation than "reloads"

    Regards,

    Tom

Thank you for keeping us posted. Based on the logs that you've just sent us, "0x0_dxgkrnl!dxgdbgtakesnapshot" is the faulting module which translates to your computer's display drivers. We advise that you download the latest drivers from your OEM website and install them manually on your computer.

Afterwards, an update on the OS is also best done. This is to ensure that your drivers, firmware, and OS are all up-to-date. You can download and install the latest Windows 10 update by downloading them from the Microsoft Update Catalog.

After updating all these three things and the issue still persists, then this would only mean that this issue is more of a hardware issue rather than a software one. That being said, it would be best to have your hardware diagnose the issue further by contacting the OEM support of your computer and have them troubleshoot the concern more thoroughly.

If you have further questions, please feel free to reply to this post.

    Regards.
