Whenever I try to,Check for Updates it shows This error.

    Hi Gil,

    This is not helping e, tried several times on clicking Retry but getting same error. can you please help me out?

    Tried Troubleshooting the windows update as well but same result.

    Select Troubleshoot in the left hand pane and then Windows update. Run the troubleshooter and see if it fixes anything, restart and try windows update again.
