Error Code: 0x80072f76 0x20017. Windows media creation tool.

I've disabled the defender and other software for malware and virus protection and tried moving the executable to desktop and then launching it. I don't have an idea whats wrong with it! Any help is much appreciated.

I was able to solve it on a 2016 Lenovo laptop by disabling antivirus until next reboot and pointing my DNSs to Google Ones.

Hope this helps someone else as well.

I think the Media Creation Tools are OS build specific and that you need to have that OS build already installed and licensed on your PC to have it work, or you may get this error message,so if you want to upgrade to new build windows not been installed on your PC before you need to use the windows update and download and update windows to the latest build after that you can use the media creation tool to downloads an iso file, for the old versions of Media creation tools I am not sure how to obtain them.
