Error Code: 0x80073CF9, Couldn't Install Forza Horizon 3 on PC

i tryied both of the methods that u sent me and both of thme didnt work idk what is the problem here i am really pissed about that

For the first method it's ok, temporary folder is the good one. 

For the second method, I already did that a couple of time.. Do you really read our answers?

There are many people with this problem. And we need a serious help from you, no prefabricated answers..

ALL WORK FINE on Windows Store, except Forza Horizon 3 only who don't want download. I think sincerely that the problem can it finds from your part, and not on our computers.

And what about commercial act?

Same problem here, still getting the error.

I've tried the following methods:

• installing the game on the same drive as windows, and on another
• disabling antivirus
• wsreset.exe as admin
• Making AUInstallAgent and AppReadiness files where they were missing
• methods with powershell, disabling/enabling development mode
• removing the MS store with powershell then reinstalling/re-registering it
• cmd prompt as admin, "net stop wuauserv", & deleting the software distribution sub files, as well as sfc /scannow
• checked drives for corruption
• deleted what I could from ...Microsoft\OLE in regedit
• reverting to a previous version of windows (the earlier creation update), trying these changes, no luck. Changed back and the same results. I've been at this for days.

After each change I restarted my PC, and each time I used powershell or command prompt, I ran as admin.

The troubleshooter hasn't been much help, it says https://i.imgur.com/wbEZZQE.png?1 each time I run it, and seemingly doesn't "fix" the issue. I have checked in my localstate file, and previously it didn't have a cache file there. I made one as it was explained in one of the troubleshooting advice posts but I don't think the store has been using it.

Pretty annoying. I'd appreciate some more new ideas for how to fix this.
