That's part of the problem. You're calling support so they assume you don't know what your talking about but the minute someone who calls does know about things, support gets very disinterested in helping.
Windows 10 missing first keystrokes from Microsoft Designer Bluetooth Keyboard after Fall Creators' Update
After updating to the Fall Creators' Update, Windows misses the first several keystrokes from my Microsoft Designer Bluetooth Keyboard. This occurs when after rebooting, first logging in or simply after the keyboard has been idle for a bit. The problem happens not only in Windows, but in all applications, too.
I have replaced the keyboard batteries and the problem persists.
I have tried another identical keyboard and the problem persists with that keyboard, too.
I have checked for driver updates, but Device Manager indicates that I have the latest drivers.
The problem did not happen before updating to the Fall Creators' Update.

2018-10-18T22:50:45+00:00 Just in case you missed it on page 7 of this thread, **this is an Edge problem.**For me it does not happen on any other browser or keyboard and only on a few apps. Ongoing problem 10/2018. I prefer Edge, but need to use IE11 on apps that consistently have this missing keystroke problem.

2018-10-18T21:46:33+00:00 Yeah, I've had the same issue with 2 of them. I'm going to call and get a different supervisor. The one I got was clearly not interested in fixing the problem (or even hearing about it).

2018-10-15T20:52:51+00:00 I read somewhere that this started happening after the fall update. Can someone confirm that? Does anyone have a Windows 8 or earlier install that can confirm this works there?
