Firstly visit Alexa.Amazon.com and Download Alexa app for Windows PC. Then install and sign in to Alexa App. Once you are logged in, pair your Alexa and modify the Echo device settings as per your choice.

Now you can enjoy with your Amazon Alexa App.

1. Jut type in download Alexa for Windows 10 because you can't on windows 7 but you can work it on the computer in the browser after it downloads setup it up the way you would your android device.

I set up my mothers echo dot on her PC running windows 7...worked great...i will be doing it again soon due to a new router and modem.

Lol. I agree with the "go !!!! yourself" sentiment. Microsoft "Answers" is usually just apathetically, negligently useless like quora or yahoo answers. This is the first thread I've seen where moderators are outright !!!!s.
