Actually, your response contains the greatest amount of BS: The link that was originally supplied has no info on how to solve that poster's problem, AND you propose no actual solution to the initial trouble. Congrats- you're the winner.

If your Windows 10 device has wi-fi, go to https://alexa.amazon.com/spa/index.html, click "Settings" and then click "Set up a new device."

If your Windows 10 device does not have wi-fi, you need to find another device, like a smart phone, that does have wi-fi.

Firstly visit Alexa.Amazon.com and Download Alexa app for Windows PC. Then install and sign in to Alexa App. Once you are logged in, pair your Alexa and modify the Echo device settings as per your choice.

Now you can enjoy with your Amazon Alexa App.
