Feature update to Windows 10, version 1709 fails to install
Hi, I am trying to install the Creators Update on my computer, but it fails and has to recover every time I try. What system information should I post to help troubleshoot why the update continues to fail?
Thanks!

2017-12-30T01:13:44+00:00 HI john. I fell your pain and frustration. Im having the same annoying problem since mid year. I have posted my problems, but to no avail, no solution work. Im running ASUS ROG GL502VT 1607 build. Had continuous loop of download and failed to install 1703/1709. I really dont like to do clean install.
I mean my laptop build when bought was 1511 and upgraded to 1607 with no hiccups. Clearly a bug exist in 1703/1709.

ROG GL502VT
I've scanned the FAQs. It appears they expect both v.1703 & v.1709 are good for the GL502VT. However, I see no FAQ with suggestions what to do in case of trouble.
(1) Make a Windows system image (in case things get even worse).
(2) Update all your drivers to the ones at the site. BIOS version is in MSInfo32 (ask Cortana).
(3) Try to upgrade to v.1709 once more.
