Really glad to hear you've got v.1709. I doubt v.1803 (coming any day I presume) will be as problematic an upgrade, now that you've got a brand new BCD. Also, I presume that clone parent is gone. After v.1709 is fully functional - you won't want that clone
parent, anyhow. You should be making system images instead.
I lost a single key on my Dell Inspiron 3542 keyboard after my clean install - but it was more trouble than convenience. I don't miss it. I would want to recover my numeric keypad, though.

...for an article or FAQ. Also, their user group might be smarter about ROG's. Could it be as simple as the NumLock key has been toggled? There may be a ROG way to toggle an alternate use of the numeric keyboard. There may be a ROG software that has been
wiped that is needed for full functionality of the ROG keyboard.
Regarding Bluetooth, check at the device manufacturer (as seen in Device Manager) for an even greater driver version. Double-check you've got all the settings right. I have no Bluetooth device to test whether my own will work.
