In addition to reporting the fake pop-ups themselves I would advise that you take note if there is a significant loss of performance on computer after encountering, in particular, the fake Adobe Flash Player update. If things seem sluggish you may have been subject to one of the more prevalent malicious activities known as crypto-mining/coin mining.

    I received a trojan virus notification from a really good copy of the microsoft help windows and pages.  Then they want control of your computer and your bank account information.  they get quite aggressive when you refuse.  It's a 1-844-533-number.  the address that eventually shows up is tsemag.azurewebsites.net.

    I have run WIndows defender ad Malware bytes and still get the rasonware ...I have reported this 19 times with no help

    I'm lost when it comes to all of this. My hp stream is running terribly. I don't know if it's a trojen and I don't know how to fix it. I was told to take it back to factory set up but I don't know how. Please advise.

    When are you going to help me please my viruses and my credit card for me too Amen......

    As you say, the problem is appearing in Outlook, and they are being reported by users in Spain and Latin America. When you sign in to Outlook, a page is displayed in a new tab, where it is indicated that Microsoft is rewarding with products such as iPhone X, Samsung Galaxy and PlayStation 4 by answering some questions. Subsequently, the page indicates the product obtained, and the user is asked to enter the bank details to charge a small fee.

    I have contacted abuseAToutlookDOTcom to see if they can help me. I understand that as you comment, Rodrigo and his team may not be able to help me. I don't know if the ads that appear in MSN and Outlook are shared on both platforms, although I guess this will depend on the creator of the campaign.

    RodrigoLode(MSFT), could you help us, users from Spain and Latin America with a similar problem we are having with the advertising that appears in Outlook?.There is a phishing campaign, using the name of Microsoft for months, and there is no way to contact someone to help us eliminate the problem. There are numerous affected users.

    If you need the web addresses of the advertisements or the links to the Discussion threads, I will indicate to you in my next answer.
