in win 10, maximized window won't drag

Hi. I turned off snap and now a maximized window on my desktop won't drag and get smaller.

I browsed this site and did the Restorehealth in the command prompt thing, also sys scannow with no help.

In regedit, my hkey current user control panel desktop Drag from Maximum is set to "1".

How do I keep snap off and be able to drag maximized windows?

    Had the same issue, found out all you had to do was clock on snap windows~

    I had the same problem.

    Go to Settings

    Select Multitasking

    Turn on all of the options there.,

    Problem fixed.

    This is the one that sorted it for me.

    Had to reinstall windows and couldn't move maxed windows.

    THANK YOU.   Have had to REFRESH and then REINSTALL Windows 10 twice in the last month.  So glad to have the feature back.
