in win 10, maximized window won't drag

Hi. I turned off snap and now a maximized window on my desktop won't drag and get smaller.

I browsed this site and did the Restorehealth in the command prompt thing, also sys scannow with no help.

In regedit, my hkey current user control panel desktop Drag from Maximum is set to "1".

How do I keep snap off and be able to drag maximized windows?

    This worked perfectly TYVM and to Robert, sir you can goto **** for trying to tell people otherwise due to your lack of knowledge and skills.

    In my case on my laptop I must have hit the tablet mode accidently. 

    Turned it off and rebooted and all was better.

    Hope this works for someone else, it was a frustrating afternoon.

    I had the same problem.

    Go to Settings

    Select Multitasking

    Turn on all of the options there.,

    Problem fixed.
