    Hi crewbdarrl,

I've noticed that your query has been idle for a while now.

Are you still experiencing boot loop on your laptop?

We'll be waiting for your response.

    Hi,

If the laptop is still stuck in restarting loop, we have to attempt to access Windows Recovery Environment (WinRe) and check if the laptop can boot to Safe Mode. If the laptop can access WinRe and still unable to boot in Safe Mode, attempt to access WinReagain and run System Restore. Please click this link on how to access Windows Recovery Environment.

    Keep us posted.

So I have to remove and reinstall all of my apps? that is ridiculous, is there another fix for this? my computer constantly is trying to update windows 10 and then fails and then restores the previous version ... it's a constant loop.
