Windows 10 Stuck on “Restoring your previous version of Windows” loop

I'm also in same scenario. Endless loop for 2 days. How do Microsoft get away with this? 

I'm buying an Apple.

I had a similar issue. while my laptop was on a restoring loop I pressed Esc key like a crazy person. and it took me to boot, setup menu.

I tried hitting the F8 key like a maniac to but then what did you choose? I went into safe mode but it brought me right back to restoring your previous version of windows!

Today my pc stuck on this loop where it’s on the screen that says "Restoring your previous version of Windows", after few minutes pc restart automatically, same screen after restart.

I did restore my system:

1. On a working PC download the media creation tool.
2. Insert blank USB drive (minimum 8 GB of disk space).
3. Run media creation tool --> select Create installation media for another PC --> Choose a language, edition, and architecture (64-bit or 32-bit).
4. Follow the steps to create installation media on your USB drive, and then select Finish.
5. Insert USB drive into wrecked pc/laptop --> boot pc/laptop from USB drive.
6. A window popped up "It looks like you started an upgrade and booted from installation media. If you want to continue with the upgrade, remove the media from your PC and click Yes. If you want to perform a clean installation instead click No." --> click No.
7. press "Shift + F10" to start Command prompt
8. type and run command: bcdedit --> on my broken pc it looks like:

9. mark and press Ctrl+C for copy to clipboard your own identifier code of your previous functional Windows 10 from previous step, in my case: {f6 e7318e-e1b2-11e7-bc60-fb4b29351c09}
10. type the following command and press enter: bcdedit /default {your own id of previous Windows 10 installation}, in my case: bcdedit /default {f6e7318e-e1b2-11e7-bc60-fb4b29351c09}
11. close the Command prompt window --> unplug USB drive --> restart pc/laptop
