Windows 10 Stuck on “Restoring your previous version of Windows” loop

I have a laptop running Windows 10. I updated Windows 10 last night. I start up my laptop today and it’s stuck on this loop where it’s on this screen that says “Restoring your previous version of Windows” I have no idea how to fix this. Please help.

    I pressed it repeatedly (I also have to hold down Fn and press F8 as fast as I can). Sorry that this fix is not working with your PC.

    Are you an actual moron? The original poster specifically said they were unable to get past a screen on initial boot, which means they DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE OS.

    My laptop won't even boot to the main screen. It says.. Restoring your previous version of windows.. ..This is a new laptop. I'm stuck
