2018-04-24T22:23:14+00:00 Hi Jeff,
Let us boot from Windows 10 using a installation media in a removable storage device, flash drive, or DVD and access the Advanced options. To do this, follow these steps:
- Insert the USB or flash drive to your PC and restart.
- The Windows Setup screen will pop up, select language and click on Next.
- Choose Repair your computer.
- Select Troubleshoot.
- Click on Advanced options.
- Choose Command Prompt and enter the following commands: bootrec /scanos, bootrec /fixMBR, bootrec /fixBoot, bootrec /rebuildBCD.
- Restart PC and see if there are any changes.
Please let us know if you need further assistance.

Hi, i have tried all the suggestions but cant get any to worrk. Ive left it on and it is still in the loop. Ive been trying to do a hard reset but even that doesnt work. Im not totally sure when to press the power off button. I have been waiting untill the spinning wheel starts so do i need to do it before or after then?
