Windows 10 Stuck on “Restoring your previous version of Windows” loop

I have a laptop running Windows 10. I updated Windows 10 last night. I start up my laptop today and it’s stuck on this loop where it’s on this screen that says “Restoring your previous version of Windows” I have no idea how to fix this. Please help.

    I had to resort to doing a clean install to resolve this problem.  Painful, but it was the only option I had left.

    The link does not work. None of the solutions suggested work because you never get to a start-up screen.

    Both of those options are impossible without a sign in screen though? I’m having the same exact issues.

    I really don't get it !

    Windows 10 update to 1709 build is a real nightmare. Whole week I'm wasting my time watching how this update is downloading, preparing to install, installing and then nothing .....and over and over again with same error

    I have Asus t100ta with clean installed windows 10 pro and really getting sick of this update failure.
