I have a laptop running Windows 10. I updated Windows 10 last night. I start up my laptop today and it’s stuck on this loop where it’s on this screen that says “Restoring your previous version of Windows” I have no idea how to fix this. Please help.

2018-04-11T18:24:56+00:00 you have to download windows 10 bootable media creation tool here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
create a usb or dvd
boot from it
there will be a repair option select it (I believe it will be towards the bottom left)
once in the repair menu you should see Other OS button.

How did you navigate to the "Other Operating System Button"? I'm still stuck on the blank window saying Restoring your Previous Version of Windows.
