Windows 10 Stuck on “Restoring your previous version of Windows” loop

I have a laptop running Windows 10. I updated Windows 10 last night. I start up my laptop today and it’s stuck on this loop where it’s on this screen that says “Restoring your previous version of Windows” I have no idea how to fix this. Please help.

    This issue can be caused by a failed Windows update. There are several ways on how we can resolve your issue with getting stuck at Restoring your previous version of Windows loop. As an initial recommendation, we suggest that you follow the steps below to reset your PC:

    1. Click on Start (Windows icon).
    2. Go to Settings (gear icon).
    3. Select Update & Security > Recovery > Reset this PC.
    4. Hit on the Get Started button.
    5. During the process, select Keep my files option to keep all your personal data safe.

    I did this to solve the issue, and it won't allow my tablet to even reset. I keep getting a blue screen that says "there was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made"

    Yes and by tried i mean the damned laptop doesnt allow me to get anywhere it starts up says trying to recover for half a sec then says restoring previous version of windows then restarts and the same keeps happening i dont know how bill gates didnt get in on helping with this problem but i really think he shoukd

    Well it did not allow me to reset this PC. So instead i tried going to previous version. Its Its now restoring to earlier version . Lets hope this time it works out.

    Im having same issues as the other users. None of the troubleshooting seems to work. I would like to know what is microsoft doing about this issue. I do hope they can resolve as soon as possible for its causing a great inconvenience to us.
