Windows 10 Stuck on “Restoring your previous version of Windows” loop

I have a laptop running Windows 10. I updated Windows 10 last night. I start up my laptop today and it’s stuck on this loop where it’s on this screen that says “Restoring your previous version of Windows” I have no idea how to fix this. Please help.

    Thanks for replying! But F8 doesnt seem to be working for me :( some windows pop up too quickly to see and then it goes back to “restoring”. Did you hold it down or press repeatedly? For me I have to hold down Fn and press F8 as fast as I can..

    Did you lose any data? Im having the same problem and its stuck for 2 days...

    No, I didn't lose any data. My PC tried to update for 2nd time, but stuck again in the same loop and I managed to fix it again by pressing F8 and without to lose any data, so it's working.

    I'm using Win10 Pro X64. My laptop stuck "restoring your previous windows version" loop after windows update. I prepared a windows 10 bootable usb stick for recovery.

    i unplug my mouse from one of the usb 2.0 ports and inserted a bootable usb stick. I have done nothing and booted normally.

    The problem was my mouse (g700s), so unplug all usb devices and give it a try.
