Windows 10 Stuck on “Restoring your previous version of Windows” loop

I have a laptop running Windows 10. I updated Windows 10 last night. I start up my laptop today and it’s stuck on this loop where it’s on this screen that says “Restoring your previous version of Windows” I have no idea how to fix this. Please help.

    I did it and it was successful until resetting!! But after that it's asking for network for some update error.... And it's rebooting again and again even tjotho i connect it to LAN or WiFi!!! Need help

    Anyone already solve this problem? I really apreciate if someone could tell me how to break the loop or cancel the procress. I did agree installing Fall creator update but my laptop keep getting BSOD and wifi connectivity issue. So I decide to get back to creator update version 1703 but it keep on the loop now. i can’t work like this.
