I've researched, cleared caches, and downloaded other PDF readers from the store to no luck ...
Since fixing a MAPS error with a Hard Reset, I've found that I can't open PDFs on my phone anymore. With Windows 10 on my Lumia 650 phone, the default/only way to see PDFs were (add still are) through EDGE.
When I click the file, whether it's on- or off-line, it would appear to proceed and open how it use to but end up saying:
Here is the converted link from an offline PDF file that accompanies the Message above (..the same prefix appears with online PDF files):

When I email this and other PDFs to myself or click on PDFs online and open them on my PC, I'm able to see the file through EDGE without problems/error/issue.

Microsoft completely missing the point here by suggesting we use a long winded work around to open pdf files because they failed to test their updates. We are the customer and we want and deserve one click opening as we had before, we do not want to wait until the next round of updates, we want you Microsoft to finish off this last update by getting it working and we want it NOW.
This has got to be resolved ASAP! I can't open PDF documents in the Edge browser (the default way to open these file types on Windows 10 Mobile). I just spent several hundred dollars "upgrading" to a HP Elite X3. Microsoft owes its customers speedy resolutions to issues they create with an OS that's still on the market. Your loyal customers expect better from you.
