I've researched, cleared caches, and downloaded other PDF readers from the store to no luck ...
Since fixing a MAPS error with a Hard Reset, I've found that I can't open PDFs on my phone anymore. With Windows 10 on my Lumia 650 phone, the default/only way to see PDFs were (add still are) through EDGE.
When I click the file, whether it's on- or off-line, it would appear to proceed and open how it use to but end up saying:
Here is the converted link from an offline PDF file that accompanies the Message above (..the same prefix appears with online PDF files):

When I email this and other PDFs to myself or click on PDFs online and open them on my PC, I'm able to see the file through EDGE without problems/error/issue.

I am interested know if there any news when Microsoft phones community will see Explorer update which solves that issue. It is very annoying and makes difficulties on daily base work with windows phones...Thank you
Hi i have done on my phone something which made me chat with someone about the issue they logged a report as i have the issue and a few DAYS later i got a call from a number which showed as Microsoft.
She was up-dating me on the report fault logeed with them and their 3 party company.
Told that Microsoft was going to release a UPDATE to the phone at end of month to fix this issue for all of us.
Could not full under stand her not english.
Here is what i did to get it logged with them....
On my phone program list there is a Thing called Get Help.
I went on to that and did the following
typed in the question box PDF Issue.
Then click on the drop down box when shown and Selected Mobile Device
It then came up with a link 2 their Authorised Customer support link to a site.
Clicked on to the site and Used the live chat to log the issue.
they know about the big issue and logged a report fault thing.
U WILL need ur phoneIMEI NUMBER
Hope that helps u get the new as well.

But.... Still nothing. Perhaps they delayed it again just like previous patch tuesday...
Not yet for my Lumia 950...
