Automatic repair couldn’t repair your PC

My computer wouldn't start and entered into an Automatic Repair. The automatic repair "couldnt repair [my]PC". 

It specifies the following Log file: E:\Recovery\WindowsRE\Winre.wim\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt

Hi Steven,

This error occurs due to a possible corrupted startup file. For us to troubleshoot this issue, we suggest that you follow these steps:

  1. Restart your computer for 3 times to see Windows 10 Boot Options menu.
  2. Choose Troubleshoot.

3. Click on Advanced Options.

4. Select Command Prompt. 5. When Command Prompt appears, enter the following command lines and press Enterafter each: - bootrec.exe /rebuildbcd - bootrec.exe /fixmbr - bootrec.exe /fixboot 6. Restart your computer and check if the issue is resolved.

    So I wanted to give an update of what I had to do. It seems that none of this solutions worked for anyone so far. Unfortunately it seems that Factory Reset is the only way out. I’m not sure about the other laptops but for HP there is a Recovery Manager tab as one of the options in the blue screen that allows you to get a back up of anything you might want from your pc/laptop and upload it into a flash drive. After you select all your files that you want to save go ahead and factory reset. It was nice HP gives you that option so you don’t lose anything important besides software that can be reinstalled after. if you can do that then go ahead and do it otherwise it might be a while before anyone finds a real solution or windows does something about it. Btw make sure your flash drive is in NTFS format otherwise files won’t transfer/upload to your usb through the hp recovery service. Here is a link that helped me format it.     I got to system restore. Picked a date. It's just spinning at Restoring files. Goes on and on but gets to  nothing

    This didn't help my computer to re start up, it hasn't changed a thing, the last one bootrec.exe/fixboot keeps saying its denied
