Automatic repair couldn’t repair your PC

My computer wouldn't start and entered into an Automatic Repair. The automatic repair "couldnt repair [my]PC". 

It specifies the following Log file: E:\Recovery\WindowsRE\Winre.wim\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt

Hi Steven,

This error occurs due to a possible corrupted startup file. For us to troubleshoot this issue, we suggest that you follow these steps:

  1. Restart your computer for 3 times to see Windows 10 Boot Options menu.
  2. Choose Troubleshoot.

3. Click on Advanced Options.

4. Select Command Prompt. 5. When Command Prompt appears, enter the following command lines and press Enterafter each: - bootrec.exe /rebuildbcd - bootrec.exe /fixmbr - bootrec.exe /fixboot 6. Restart your computer and check if the issue is resolved.

    I had the same issue. Restart the computer and mash F11 so you can access the boot order. I boot from an SSD i installed, and for some reason the setting changed to boot from the HDD i have connected to the E: drive.  if “boot manger” or something other than your boot drive is in the first spot, just click on the correct boot drive and it should fix it

    I have tried all of the solution options above and none of them worked. I installed a fresh version of Windows twice and it worked for a couple days after that I got the same error. I always got the error after encountering a blue screen which had different codes almost every time. I am using an Acer Aspire 5 and before everything considering this error happened I was prompted to install an update which I did.

    Edit: I also created multiple restore points after the first encounter and until now I've always gotten a message saying there are no restore points.
