Automatic repair couldn’t repair your PC

My computer wouldn't start and entered into an Automatic Repair. The automatic repair "couldnt repair [my]PC". 

It specifies the following Log file: E:\Recovery\WindowsRE\Winre.wim\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt

Hi Steven,

This error occurs due to a possible corrupted startup file. For us to troubleshoot this issue, we suggest that you follow these steps:

  1. Restart your computer for 3 times to see Windows 10 Boot Options menu.
  2. Choose Troubleshoot.

3. Click on Advanced Options.

4. Select Command Prompt. 5. When Command Prompt appears, enter the following command lines and press Enterafter each: - bootrec.exe /rebuildbcd - bootrec.exe /fixmbr - bootrec.exe /fixboot 6. Restart your computer and check if the issue is resolved.

    I lost My all data

    And my CD drive not working after win 8.1 upgrading win10 possible go win 10 or win 8.1 is my inbiult  windows.....how can possible...?

    GUYS

    I had this problem, and tried several things, and thought the problem would be from Microsoft, I realized that the problem was really on my ssd disk. The Disc was 70% Health. On an SSD disk this is not normal.

    If you have a SSD Disk check the Health with Hard Disk Sentinel

    Hi,

    I am experiencing the same problem as Steven but when i tried to run chkdsk /r c: it showed "Cannot open volume for direct access". What dies that mean? Can it be fixed? Thanks in advance!

    Windows 10 updated my computer last week and now I have the srttrail.txt problem that everyone else is posting about. Tried all except for reformatting. Is there a solution to this widespread problem?
