I’m playing from a desktop and I can play the other Xbox games but not yhe solitaire collection without freezes and the infamous error code 121003. If I reset the app, it will work for awhile. I have ti reset it each day.
Ms solitaire collection error code 121003
"Xbox Live error

Please check the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ at
https://aka.ms/mssolitairefaq and refer to error code:
121003"
I've done that, no help to receive there. No one seems to know what the error code 121003 mean so I'm wondering why you are creating error codes that you don't understand yourselves?

2018-05-13T12:10:23+00:00 Just to join: I am getting the same error, and this has been since installation of feature update 1803 (which came to me only a few days ago).
While the application is freezing, I can see a service called "Web Account Manager"/TokenBroker consuming about 100% of my CPUs. It freezes the whole computer for many minutes.
Only sometimes the connection succeeds and I can play, but this is only once in about 20 or 30 times I try.
Other casual games (Jigsaw, Mahjongg) do not have this issue, they connect in seconds.
