"Xbox Live error

There was a problem loading your data from the cloud

Please check the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ at

https://aka.ms/mssolitairefaq and refer to error code:

121003"

I've done that, no help to receive there. No one seems to know what the error code 121003 mean so I'm wondering why you are creating error codes that you don't understand yourselves?

Same issues started appearing after recent Win 10 update (1803 I believe) - - very aggravating.

There is a problem with Xbox and chrome.  I’ve managed to learn data is stored in cloud so if you click reset of the app which is faster than uninstall and install, it will be there.  I got that info from Xbox support.  Microsoft tech is no help.  Obviously, the new update is awful.  There were changes ti my desktop too.

I noticed the app changes too.  The option to play random or solvable games is gone.

I believe you can uninstall the update but believe microsoft will force the install again because it’s a complete operating system Windows 10 update.  It may be safer to try resetting your PC to a date prior to the update.  Again, microsoft may force the install.
