Ms solitaire collection error code 121003

I solved my 121003 problem my excluding the solitaire collection from ad and popup blocking.

"Xbox Live error

There was a problem loading your data from the cloud

Please check the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ at

121003"

I've done that, no help to receive there. No one seems to know what the error code 121003 mean so I'm wondering why you are creating error codes that you don't understand yourselves?

I did that and I got nowhere.  I do not want to be a part of the X-box community - only want to play solitaire.  Please help me to eliminate the error code which occurs about every 3 to 5 minutes and is very annoying.       iris supcoe  1/5/2019

This started with downloading the new new ms software for ms solitaire.  I have rebooted and corrected the shortcuts and done maintenance on my computer with no resolute.  cannot play on line

I solved this problem by NOT including MS Solitaire in my Ad Blocking program.

This is old question and it has been fixed in new version of Windows and update for app.

Try update Windows and Store and if problem persist, report it through Feedback Hub app.
