I've done that, no help to receive there. No one seems to know what the error code 121003 mean so I'm wondering why you are creating error codes that you don't understand yourselves?

This is a very interesting question.  It seems that Microsoft has hired most of the world's worst programmers who don't know how to code and don't have any clue to how to do any testing, even at a superficial level.  And, when they can't figure it out, they add more whiz-bang code that messes up the customer's computer even more.  Cover bad with worse.

How can I continue solitaire collection when there is problem with error code 121003.  I am online.

I am quite sure you cannot continue.  This is a problem that none of the Microsoft Geniuses have been able to solve for the past several years.  It's hard to believe that they don't even know the exact meaning of the code 121003.  They have never found the reason it happens.
