I've done that, no help to receive there. No one seems to know what the error code 121003 mean so I'm wondering why you are creating error codes that you don't understand yourselves?

    I wish there were a solution as well.  It didn't work for me and I tried 4 times to do it too.

    Yes I've tried everything I could find.  Youtube, Microsoft Community, other Microsoft help sites.  Everything.  I did get an offer from Microsoft for them to look at my computer logs to see if they can figure it out.  I will try that later today.
