Ms solitaire collection error code 121003

With you guys. Can't find anything to resolve this error code.

Microsoft developers have no idea what the code means.  They can't find it in their software anywhere.  Hence, they cannot resolve the problem.  Probably thousands of users have the problem, but Microsoft developers don't have the brains to figure out how to fix it, because they don't have a clue how to test their pathetic programming.

You're right, MS doesn't understand what we are talking about nor does Xbox.  I found out more by googling and checking YouTube tech vids.  The Error Code 121003 really just means MC cannot access the Xbox cloud data for games.  Unfortunately, there is no clear cut answer on how to correct the problem and certainly no tech support.  I've managed by trial, error and frustration to get the app to work.  Since Windows 10 updated again in May (I think), the problem got worse.  The MS Solitaire Collection app for Windows 10 also updated about the same time.  I think this caused the problem to be worse.  

I have never gotten the Error Code on any of the other Xbox gaming apps for Windows.   

I guess it's just one of the mysteries of life.

I'm very curious where Microsoft finds their idiot programmers.  My picture of them is that they are highly paid and watch the clock all day so they can jump in their Ferraris and go to the watering hole to show off their new Rolex and Fitbits.  And, the answer to their boss is always, "Yes, ve can do dat." Even though they don't have a clue how to tie their own shoe laces.
