This is not the behavior we expect with Solitaire Collection. I’d love to collect some more information so that we can get to the bottom of this. Would any of you be willing to try the following:

1. Uninstall Solitaire
2. Launch the Xbox App
3. Select ‘Settings’
4. Select ‘Sign out’
5. Close the Xbox App
6. Install Solitaire
7. Launch Solitaire
8. Do not login
   1. Note if problem happens
9. Try to launch/close/play multiple times
   1. Note if problem happens
10. Open Xbox App
11. Sign-In with your MSA
12. Relaunch Solitaire
    1. Note if problem happens

Please reply and let me know if this resolved the issue or if you’re still experiencing problems and we can go from there. Thanks!

OK I got to #7, but now it does not even launch.

An Xbox Live error may occur if your computer is unable to connect properly to the Xbox Live Servers. It is also possible that the Xbox App is corrupted or there is an issue with your Xbox Live Profile. To properly isolate your concern, please provide us the following information:

• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far to resolve the issue?
• Are you still able to play other Microsoft games online?
• Have you tried to sign out and sign in to your account on the Xbox App?
• Did you make any changes to your computer or your network settings prior to the issue?

I have used the trouble shooting tools that came up. I have signed in nd out several times. I still cananot fix Error 121003 and cannot sign into my game.

My problem resolved itself a few days ago. I don't have any idea why. I was trying all kinds of fixes. Maybe i

used the right one. Thanks for the replay.
