"Xbox Live error

There was a problem loading your data from the cloud

Please check the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ at

https://aka.ms/mssolitairefaq and refer to error code:

121003"

I've done that, no help to receive there. No one seems to know what the error code 121003 mean so I'm wondering why you are creating error codes that you don't understand yourselves?

To those out there with the 121003 and 121010 errors I have found one solution.  I use AdGuard on the system, not just in the browsers.  I decided to try starting Solitaire today with AdGuard disabled (right-click the icon on the task bar or in the tray and select 'Disable Protection') and it all worked like it used to .  No errors of any kind and even have events back again.  It seems an update to Solitaire around three months ago made a change to their advertising in the app.  I pay for the Premium Edition so there's no ads anyway but they changed something as the errors showed up in late April for me.   Guess they don't want to tell you about a change to the ads being pushed to you.

AdGuard, when installed on Windows 10  will block ads in many browsers and in modern apps like Solitaire, MSN News, etc.  There may be other ad-blocking software that might cause this issue also.

I hope this helps some of you.  This has been a very frustrating few months with Solitaire with no real help that I've seen from Microsoft.   They know what they changed but they're not talking.

I would suggest resetting the Xbox app and if that does not work uninstall the Xbox app and reinstall it.  Your data remains on the Xbox cloud and i think it will just reload it.  You can reset the app by right clicking the app, select settings and select reset the app.  You can unstall the app by right clicking it and selecting unstall.  This option can also be reached in settings.   I hope this helps.

Hi Evelyn,  Sorry it took me so long to reply in the first place.  I had a feeling the recent updates would correct the bugs made by the system update to Windows 10.  My Xbox games are working much better too.  I also noticed there were updates to the solitaire app too.  Happy gaming.  My Xbox name is Bootigs1118 in case you would like to be friends on Xbox.
