I've done that, no help to receive there. No one seems to know what the error code 121003 mean so I'm wondering why you are creating error codes that you don't understand yourselves?

My thanks to all those people who have given me such good advice.Initially I took no action & a miracle!! after restarting the programme a couple of times It appears to be behaving normally.although the fault comes back occasionally.I seem to get some problems every time an update is made.Bring on Microsoft 11 maybe there will be improvement!!!!
